2021 Spring Mini Sessions at Summerfield Farms

Fill out this form to claim a spot in the Mini Sessions at Summerfield Farms Pole Barn on Sunday, April 18th! Once I receive your information, you'll be assigned a time slot based on availability and your preferences and receive an invoice for the $50 deposit. Your non-refundable deposit must be paid within 12 hours of receiving invoice to officially book your spot!
