DATES, TIMES, and LOCATIONS
Session One | 7 slots available | Sunday, October 1st *afternoon* at the Summerfield Farms Pole Barn in Summerfield, NC | Time slots from 3:30 to 6:20 p.m. Book this session!
Backup date in the case of inclement weather is Sunday, October 22nd.
Session Two | 3 slots available | Saturday, October 21st *morning* on our private property in Oak Ridge, NC | Time slots from 8:30 – 9:40 a.m. Book this session!
Backup date in case of inclement weather is Saturday, October 28th.
Session Three | 7 slots available | Saturday, October 21st *afternoon* at the Weir-Jordan House in downtown Greensboro, NC | Time slots from 3:30 – 6:20 p.m. Book this session!
Backup date in case of inclement weather is Sunday, October 22nd.
The SESSIONS
– $230 total non-refundable session fee
– When registration opens, a $60 non-refundable deposit will reserve your time slot! The remainder will be due a week before the session date.
Sessions include
– 20 minutes of shooting time with Alexa Stutts.
– An online gallery of all final, edited images available within three weeks after your session.
– Your choice of 12 hi-resolution digital images with a print license.
– Gallery of all images will stay open for two weeks to proof/purchase/download images.
MORE INFORMATION
– The option to purchase additional digital images, prints, and products will be available a la carte through your online gallery.
– Sessions are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
– Deposit and remainder of session fee are non-refundable and are required to reserve a session time.
– When booking please be sure you are also available for the backup dates listed as no refunds will be given if the backup date is utilized and you are unable to attend.

NOTE: if all sessions look like they are sold out when you click on the link, please check back in a few minutes as there is a 15 minute period when a time slot is selected to follow-through with securing the booking. If the booking is not completed, the time slot will be released again. If you are not able to get a spot, you should be able to sign up for a waitlist and will be the first to be notified if more spots open up.
