Wow. I did not realize it had been so long since I last posted here! I’ve been behind the scenes working on this rebrand and new website for months (and months), and while I was working on the backend I wasn’t able to post anything new to the blog! So that’s why it’s been a little quiet over here. Hopefully you’ve been following me on Instagram to keep up with everything new! So… what do you guys think? Can you even remember now what the old website looked like? I spent so much time tweaking every little detail of the new site that I nearly forgot!
I loved my orange and grey logo (designed by the lovely Jamie Harris) but it was time for something fresh! I feel like the softer colors and style of the new branding really represent me and this business. A little more subtle and behind-the-scenes and, I just can’t help it, I love neutrals! As fun as the orange of my old logo was, it started to not really feel like me and I wanted to move into something new.
I’m hoping to do a little series on my past logos, branding, and approach for my ten-year business anniversary in September so keep checking back for that! In the meantime, I’ll be posting a few weddings and sessions that didn’t make it to the blog while I was working on all this rebranding!
