Adorable Lindsey + Greg made a quick visit home to Wake Forest from Washington, DC for their engagement session at the home of Lindsey’s parents. Lindsey had mentioned that she wanted to do their session near the pond where they got engaged last year and, before I showed up, I wasn’t sure what to expect! We hopped in a truck and drove through the backyard to this empty, sandy field next to the pond. Lindsey had arranged for her dad to bring down this gorgeous vintage fainting couch and we started shooting right at sunset. It was beautiful! It can sometimes be challenging to shoot an entire session without a variety of backdrops but the light was so beautiful and Lindsey + Greg were just so sweet together – it made my job a little easier. I feel like they look so relaxed you could hardly guess that we were rushing out the door to make it to the field at sunset and Greg was running off of just a couple of hours of sleep over 48 hours! You two are total pros ;)
