Meredith’s Bridal Session

This weekend has been a complete whirlwind! Between a few senior, bridal, and engagement shoots, and an amazing wedding in Charlotte, we found some time yesterday to go visit Jonathan’s family in Goldsboro and were able to take just a little while to rest and not think about all the work waiting at home. But I’m excited to get back to editing so I can share with all of you  :) Jonathan and I have also been working on adding some really fun stuff to Alexa’s Photography and I can’t wait to share the news with you all later this week! Meredith was married this past weekend so I can finally share her bridal session without fear of anyone seeing the dress before the wedding. I just love her bridal look! We found some incredible light in this alley. So soft and romantic!

There are so many cool places to shoot in downtown areas. I hope more of my brides will want to try some new settings with me!

Absolutely LOVE this image. Before the session, Meredith confessed that she was nervous about being too aware of the camera. I think she looks like a pro here!

After we shot downtown for a while, we headed to our second location just in time for more gorgeous light! I love the color here . . .

I always love a few props during a session. This image really makes me think of Jane Austen for some reason. . . anybody else?

I also love the idea of bringing a different bunch of flowers for the second location. We got two totally different looks without changing hair or makeup!
