Every time I photograph a wedding so full of love, and beauty, and laughter I remember again why I love this job so much! I had the honor of photographing yet another Roberts family wedding in May… I know you’ve all heard it before but this family is so near and dear to my heart! I feel more and more like I’m photographing part of my family every time I get to see them! Rachel + Kit’s wedding took place in the heart of the amazing North Carolina mountains. Downtown Asheville brought back such sweet memories of one of the first trips Jonathan and I took together after we were married and the area fit Kit and Rachel so perfectly… It’s colorful, artsy, and such a relaxed atmosphere! They were so excited and carefree the whole day. I dare you not to smile with them while looking through this post!

Right before leaving for the ceremony, Rachel got one last visit from the two boys that she nannies. They were so sweet and adorable!
We walked down the street for the couple’s first look. I love the clouds in the background!

I love all these little moments after the ceremony is over. . .

These wedding bands are so unique!
All the guests rang bells as they left the reception. It was so cute!
Rachel + Kit left the next day on a cross-country trip to Seattle, where they’re settling in to their new home. What a fun honeymoon! Thank you guys for allowing me to be part of your day. Hope to see you near the holidays!
